The reissue basses go for 1600-2000.00 new. These are very rare and are considered the holy grail of Japanese basses. It comes with it's original hardshell case, which is in good shape. Minimal to no fret wear.I am selling it for my friend, who's uncle left it to her. It has a few small scratches and a small nick that I can find, and because of the finish, they are hard to spot! The largest is pictured (on bottom of bass). It really is in awesome shape!! It plays better than any bass Ive ever played, period. It is in really great, original, unmolested condition. The bass was bought in Japan in 1980 and brought back to the states by a local jazz bassist, to be played in the band Jazz Mist in the eighties, in Pittsburgh, PA. Original, unmolested and in what I would call very very good to excellent condition. This is an original SB1000, not a copy or reissue.
